This is a Model No. 7 built by Steve Baker, well known specialist in competition MG's. This Q type was driven by Jacques Protherat at hillclimbs in the Oxfordshire region of England where he loved to go. The car belonged to one of his close friends, Kenneth John Harlett, a charming person who kept the the MG at his cottage in Hornton for 20 years before allowing us to acquire it.

2 years ago the car had a serious mechanical rebuilt, upper and lower engine, ignition, fuel system, electrical system as well as the Eaton supercharger which gives this Q type 140hp - the XPAG engine has been converted to run on lead free fuel. The lightened TA chassis i in perfect condition, so too the aluminium body, she has excellent road-holding, a beautiful overall patine, plus a full and a half tonneau cover.
