This 1934 Singer Nine Le Mans is rare in France, even though this Marque is becoming extremely popular throughout the country thanks to, amongst others, the french Singer Club and a handful of keen historic racers.
This is a 4 seater Nine Le Mans, a fine and elegant car, both quick and interesting. 1100cc engine, new clutch, twin fuel circuit with new petrol pump, new windscreen and wind cutter, battery cut-off switch.

The years from 1933 to 1939 were marked by numerous sporting successes enjoyed by the Singer Nine. After her excellent results in the Le Mans 24 hour race, the model was named the Le Mans. One of the best known drivers in the paddock was Jacques Savoye who imported Singers to France from 1934. He won the 1100cc class in the 1938 Le Mans 24 hour race.
This Singer 9 competed in the 2006 Classic Le Mans race.
